Effective date: April 8, 2026 (updated August 29, 2026). These Terms govern access to and use of IntradayFeed operated by INTRADAYFEED LTD.

Nature of the Service

IntradayFeed is a free trading analytics tool. We provide session setup context, optional statement analysis, and news sentiment. We do not provide investment, legal, or tax advice. We do not process orders, execute trades, custody assets, or manage portfolios. You alone decide how (if at all) to use any analysis.

No Financial Advice

Nothing on IntradayFeed is a recommendation to buy, sell, or hold any security, future, crypto asset, or other instrument. Past or simulated results do not guarantee future outcomes. Trading involves risk of loss.

Eligibility

You must be legally able to enter a binding contract in your jurisdiction. If you create an account, provide accurate information and keep your credentials secure.

Beta Service

Features and availability may change. Analysis may be incomplete, delayed, or incorrect. Service may be modified, paused, or interrupted as we improve reliability.

Statement uploads & AI coaching

PDF/CSV parsing for Analyze runs in your browser. If you opt into coaching, we may send aggregate trade statistics (not the original file) to a third-party model provider to generate feedback. Do not upload data you are not allowed to process.

User Responsibilities

• Treat all outputs as analysis for research only — not as advice or instructions.
• Do not attempt fraud, abuse, or unauthorized access.
• Use the platform in compliance with local law.

Intellectual Property

IntradayFeed, including its software, branding, documentation, and analysis outputs we generate, is owned by INTRADAYFEED LTD or its licensors. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the service for your own research. You may not copy, scrape at abusive scale, resell, reverse engineer, or republish the service or its outputs as a competing product without our prior written consent, except as permitted by law.

Warranty Disclaimer

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, non-infringement, or uninterrupted availability.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent allowed by law, IntradayFeed and INTRADAYFEED LTD are not liable for trading losses, market decisions, reliance on analysis, missed opportunities, downtime, delays, or indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

Suspension and Termination

We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms, engage in abuse, or if we are required to do so by law or security risk. You may stop using the service at any time.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or the service, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protections that apply in your country of residence.
