Privacy Policy
Effective date: April 8, 2026 (updated August 29, 2026). This Privacy Policy explains how INTRADAYFEED LTD ("we", "us") processes personal data under the UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018 when you use IntradayFeed (intradayfeed.com). IntradayFeed is a free trading analytics tool. We do not give financial advice, and we do not process your trading orders, portfolios, or brokerage data as a broker.
Data Controller
Data controller: INTRADAYFEED LTD, registered office at 128 City Road, London, United Kingdom, EC1V 2NX. Privacy / DSAR contact: admin@intradayfeed.com.
What This Product Is
- We analyze licensed and public market context for session setup and news sentiment.
- We do not process trade instructions, positions, or personal investment portfolios as a brokerage or advisory service.
- Optional statement analysis: PDF/CSV parsing runs in your browser. If you run Analyze coaching, we send aggregate trade statistics (not the original file) to Intraday AI for performance feedback.
- Outputs are informational analysis only — not financial advice.
Personal Information We May Hold
- Email address when you provide one for support or an optional account.
- Authentication/session metadata needed for access control and fraud prevention.
- Support correspondence you send to us.
- Aggregate Analyze coaching payloads (summary stats only) when you explicitly request coaching.
Legal Bases (UK GDPR)
- Contract (Art. 6(1)(b)): to provide the service you request.
- Legitimate interests (Art. 6(1)(f)): to prevent abuse and keep the service reliable.
- Consent (Art. 6(1)(a)): for optional coaching or communications you opt into.
- Legal obligation (Art. 6(1)(c)): where we must retain records for tax, accounting, or regulatory purposes.
Data Processors & Sharing
We do not sell personal data. We share data only with processors needed to run the service:
- Railway / hosting providers — application infrastructure.
- Intraday AI — optional Analyze coaching from aggregate stats you choose to send (third-party model infrastructure).
- Market data providers (e.g. Alpha Vantage / Massive) — market and news context, not your brokerage portfolio.
International Transfers
Some processors may process data outside the UK. Where UK GDPR requires a transfer mechanism, we rely on the UK IDTA and/or SCCs as adopted for UK use, with appropriate technical and organisational measures. Contact admin@intradayfeed.com for transfer details.
Cookies & Local Storage
We do not currently use non-essential analytics or advertising cookies. Theme preference may be stored in localStorage so the UI remembers light/dark mode. Essential session storage may be used if you sign in. If we introduce non-essential cookies later, we will update this policy and obtain consent where required.
Retention
- Support correspondence: up to 24 months after the last message, unless needed longer for a dispute.
- Account / auth metadata: for the life of the account plus up to 12 months after closure.
- Coaching request logs: retained only as needed for abuse prevention and quality, then deleted or anonymised.
Your Rights (DSAR)
Under the UK GDPR you may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, and objection to certain processing. Email admin@intradayfeed.com with subject "Data Subject Request". We aim to respond within one month.
Complaints to the ICO
You may lodge a complaint with the ICO at ico.org.uk. We encourage you to contact us first.
